Jay writes perfectly how i imagine my life to be if i gave a shit about economics, and had lots of money, and was succesful, and did heaps of cocaine. He just writes awesome stories. This is one of them. It's difficult to fall in love with a women the way you fall for a women Jay describes.

2.Tough kids from the suburbs doing the Sid Vicious shamble.
3.He kept waiting for her to say good-bye. She kept talking.
4.They jabbered through lunch at Spat's, filling the ashtray and emptying wineglasses.
5.Her imagination was curiously literal.
